Create vault

https://api.lavarage.xyz/api/v1/lp/tx/create-vault

Create a new NodeWallet (vault). The transaction is signed and submitted server-side via Privy delegation. Returns the on-chain transaction signature.

Note: Each operator can have one vault per quote token mint. Requires wallet delegation (enabled during API key generation).
