Returns active liquidity pools (offers). Each offer represents a lending pool for a specific token pair with defined leverage limits. Filter by tags, search by token name/symbol, or paginate through results.

Side filter defaults to LONG. Calling this endpoint without side returns ONLY long-side offers — short and borrow pools are hidden unless you explicitly pass side=SHORT or side=BORROW.
